Sometimes we just need a change of pace and a little diversion. Go to the library and get some more books, sit by the pool and think about sewing-but don't really sew. Just sew in your mind and work on your tan! Life is full of ups and downs. This too, shall fade! You'll be back to sewing before you realize it.
